Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ScribeAI mobile application (the "Service") operated by The Alchemist Code - Alejandro Lagunes ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are available on a subscription basis ("Premium Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

1.1 Available Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Premium (monthlypremium): Billed monthly with automatic renewal. Includes unlimited AI note generation and no advertisements. Available in 173 countries or regions.
• Weekly Subscription (weeklypremium): Billed weekly with automatic renewal. Available in 173 countries or regions.
• Yearly Premium (yearlypremium): Billed annually with automatic renewal. Available in 173 countries or regions.

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management or by contacting our customer support team.

ScribeAI reserves the right to change subscription fees. We will provide notice of any price change at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after those 30 days, you accept the new prices.

2. Free Trial

ScribeAI may, at its sole discretion, offer a Premium Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial.

If you do not cancel the subscription before the free trial period ends, we will automatically charge the subscription fee for the type of subscription you selected.

At any time and without notice, ScribeAI reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or to cancel it entirely.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to post, share, store, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or material ("Content").

You retain all rights to your Content and are responsible for it, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ScribeAI, The Alchemist Code - Alejandro Lagunes, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm ScribeAI, The Alchemist Code - Alejandro Lagunes, or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScribeAI, The Alchemist Code - Alejandro Lagunes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
